I've been following this comic Here but every time I try to comment in defense of the female character I get shot down spectacularly - she's a shit mom, wife, person, etc. So instead I'm going to comment here because I'm tired of fighting, I just wan to say what I want to say without the "crowd" beating me down. The premise: a couple finds themselves at that point in the relationship where the passion isn't just dying it's been buried and re-sod. To spice things up she (the wife) suggests trying something REALLY different - Swinging! Now up until the point she brings it up, we find she is killing herself at work while he's eyeballing co-ed'

So I'm reading this comic about a couple and the woman is feeling pretty frustrated about the lack of sex/passion in her marriage. All the comments below each page are nothing but parochial bullshit about how she needs to cool her jets and just be happy her husband is a nice guy and a good parent and sex is not important (at least not for women). Since when did we land back in the middle ages where women weren't "allowed" to have sex drives and urges? Good girls don't like sex. Good girls don't crave passion.
